Frané was admitted as an attorney in 2008. She was an associate and head of the Recoveries Department at Smith Tabata Inc, East London, whereafter she became a legal advisor at Grant Thornton (Pty) Ltd. In 2012 she joined Jonathan Clark Attorneys as a consultant before the firm became CLARK LAING inc. Frané advises in labour related legal matters which amongst other include employment contracts, human resources policies and procedures, retrenchments, misconduct and disciplinary hearings and CCMA matters. Her other areas of work involve public sector compliance, contractual drafting, BBBEE and employment equity concerns as well as Magistrate and High Court litigation. Frané also provides company secretarial services to clients in the public sector.
