Wendy PennacchiniDirector
Wendy is an attorney and conveyancer who was admitted as such in 1998 and 1999 respectively. Prior to joining CLARK LAING inc., she practised at Smith Tabata Inc, where she was an equity director as well as the head of various departments throughout the years. Wendy advises on a large range of property related matters in both the public and private sector, having performed work and registered numerous transactions for various spheres of government, parastatals, corporates, developers, financial institutions and private clients. She also attends on the Deeds Registries Office in King William’s Town on behalf of the firm and our various correspondent attorneys. Her other areas of work involve commercial matters, contract and will drafting as well as lecturing.
